M & H front skinny's on my '32 for the street???

.....Hi Everyone, Will these M & H skinny's work on the street on my '32??? They are Dot approved, 3 1/2" tread, 5 1/2" section width, 21.9" tall.... I was thinking of these on ET III 10 spoke wheels {fully polished}. Will it handle & brake ok with these??? Thanks, Bill
