If you don't want it to move use the same urethane adhesive the glass guy uses to bond in modern day windshields. The windshield is part of the engineered in structural integrity of modern cars, the adhesive is plenty strong.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
