Looking good. Reminds me a lot of where I was one year ago. What will the final color be?

Sorry to drag up old threads but could you please tell me which manafacturer makes that rear spreader bar? Is it an LED type and does it have turn signals?

Beautiful rod, and we have a celebrity in our midst. When I went onto Sanderson Headers website to order my headers, there is a picture of Jims Deuce right there. I want an autograph.

Cool to see it there, and now I can say I know somebody famous.

    Here is what they said.......................

Jim Stafford of New Bloomfield Pa sure does! Here's a shot of Jim's 32 Ford. Awesome job Jim!

    Jim,

How do you feel about the ground clearance on those Sandersons? I've done block-huggers on my lowboy, but you've got me thinking about changing.

Also, are they standard dimensions, or has the distance from the block to the downturn been extended? (11-1/2" or extended?) I've been measuring, and I'm afraid that the turnouts will hit my body.

    I'd appreciate the info.

Not sure of the spreader bar.... I have the info at work and will dig it up and send it when I get back from vacation. Now I am on a boat in St.Lucia.
But yes they have turn signals in them and I converted the lights to LED but they did not com ethat way. Easy change over takes less than 5 minutes.
Love the sandersons.....make sure you get the ones for the hi-boy. They make them for a T as well but the tire will rub on the drivers side this is my second set for that reason.
They are stock dimensions but they will also make the to your specs if you like.
Only problem is they get REAL warm so becarful in and out of the car. I have not gotten burnt yet.
Did not know it was on their website....pretty cool

Here is the info on the spreader bars.
I got them from Yogis part #'s LFH32PV and LRH32P Neither had LED is them but I changed them over in a matter of minutes. Picked up the LEDs at a local shop but I think you can alos get them from Ron Francis. They replace a standard 1157 bulb

Yogi's is a great vendor to deal with--nice people. I got a lot of stuff from them during the time I was building my deuce. No disappointments.
