That car was built by Wayne Halibura in saskatchewan, and you're right that was one of the cleanest well built roadsters I've seen. I saw it, and visited with Wayne, at the roadster show that year ('03 or was it'02!!???) and loved the car, so I took that pic and wound up using it on the website cuz it was a good profile on a really nice roadster! Wayne's a premier builder and I think he does one car a year to sell, and that one went south I think. He's doing another one right now, another roadster, and he's using a Topster on that one too.
