Distributor timing procedure should be the same no matter the brand name. Timing may be off 180 degrees. or just a couple teeth on the dist. Try turning the dist. forward or back and see if it gets better. If not it may be too far off and you'll have to either remove the dist. to move the gear one way or the other or you can move the wires on the cap to get the timing closer.Last edited by pro70z28; 10-23-2004 at 07:21 PM.
