Depends .... On what you want to do with it. I mean what are you using the motor and car for? If it's for the street a good uncracked nodular cast iron flywheel will be fine, if used with the proper clutch and pressure plate assembly. But for your piece of mind, if you use your car for over enthusiastic use, go for a stock demension after market sema approved steel flywheel."aerodynamics are for people who cant build engines"
