Ok, the motor is a 77' 350 and I am most likely goin to stay with the stock heads, for now. The block is gettin punched 30 over and everything else, God willing, will remain close to the same. Like I said, not looking to blow the doors off people but at the same time, not lose mine to an eclipse with a 7" muffler tip and neon lights. I'm gonna keep the current exhaust (2 1/2" Flowmaster 3 chamber), only when the swap is in, I'm goin true dual. Fortunatly, I have a good excuse to spend more money since s10 swaps require headers, (same diameter), unless i cut the hell out of my fender wells. Who wouldn't do headers in this case anyway?! So pretty much, mostly stock motor with good compression, little beefier of a cam, but also one that can cope with head and intake upgrades. By no means is this gonna be a drag s10 that would be unbearable to cruise in on the Power Tour. The main reason I ask is that I'm good with motors up until the point of cam specs. I never have quite mastered that so here I am.
