    305/350 parts interchangeability

Am pulling an 84 305 from an 84 camaro.
Am building a 350 to go in.

Will the flywheel (automatic trans) and harmonic dampener from the 305 work on the 350?
How do I know if I have a short or long 'neck' water pump?

    TIA

84 is a long water pump. as far as the flywheel, as long as the 350 your puttin in is older than an 86...86 & newer have a 1 piece rear main seal & uses a differant flywheel. the dampner should be fine. notice where the timing marks are on the front cover.. if there differant, youll need tokeep the balancers with the covers.
