A burette, a piece of plexi with a hole in it, and some sealing material. Put about 80cc of alcohol in the burette, station the "nozzle" end over the hole with the plexi sealed to one chamber with the closed valves in it, and "pour" away til it's full. It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
