Welcome to CHR! Like Mike (34_40) says, Summit is an excellent source with a wide selection and knowledgeable tech guys for the most part, unlike your local big box auto parts store where the kid will say "...but that car didn't come with a 350 so it must be a 283 or 327, right?"
Swapping to a high torque mini starter is common, geared to spin faster with more torque, and not nearly as prone to heat soak and associated problems with headers.Last edited by rspears; 06-08-2023 at 01:56 PM.

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
