    Wiring

I just bought a 1979 Chevy 350 small block. The wiring was all hacked together. Trying to get it to start. I’ve been mapping it all out and there’s a spot that I think some sort of module should go.. it’s in the picture. What clicks into this? Some sort of relay maybe.
    Photos in attachments. Thanks!

Looks like a normal junction block, It's a place to hook wires together. There is no module that hooks to it. Hope this helps.

exactly what he said. You can Google 79 Chevy C10 truck wiring diagram and you will get what you need. That's an easy truck to rewire. Hard part figuring out what the PO did. Good luck

See that white wire connector to the right of the pencil ? Those red wires hook there. That is to safely keep them out of the way, from heat, or nicking. Won't start ? Need more info, like, does it crank the engine ? Does it try to start ? Or, is it just plain dead ? And work on the picture posting, these really hurt my neck to look at them... hahaha
