On a rearend if one wheel won't turn, the other turns twice as much-------

also-------that wheel that doesn't want to turn WILL cause the car to bog-----
By popular opinions-just a grumpy old man key board bully--But really, if you are going to ask for help on an internet site, at least answer questions about what you are asking about-----

I'll try and roll it around the garage, but the tires are also sorta flat, which is one of the reasons I didn't think too much about the brakes being locked up.

As far as oil in the spark plug holes, do you guys just think its a leaky valve cover?

most likely running fat plus low rpm . get the bog figured out then drive it a few hundred miles before anything else. get it hot and leaned out and most likely the ring will seat and seal up .
