Smokin' 350 and door hinge pins

Guys - I'm working on a '74 pickup with a 350 that's not been run in quite a while. After an oil change and new fuel pump, I got it fired up and, woah... it's like a mosquito truck!
I'm wondering if the blue smoke is due to sitting a long time...bad valve seals or rings and possibly all three.

Also it's a victim of saggy door syndrome and a friend tells me there is a way to get the hinge pins out without taking the hinges off. True? I'd rather not have to deal with door alignment issues. I think I need a bigger hammer!

The clean oil washed away the varnish on the valve guides, and wherever else it was keeping the oil back. A rebuild is the only solution now.

Do all of the requisite diagnostics, first; compression check, cylinder pressure leak down, vacuum readings. If the cylinders are good on the compression and leak down, the rings are ok and the valves are seating and sealing, and the head gaskets are likely ok, so a look at the valve seals and stems is in order. Go from there.

Also, for the hinges, yes, there is a kit to replace the pins and bushings. You have to lift the door weight to be able to remove the clips and knock the pins out, and then follow the instructions in the kit. Google door hinge repair kits for the year of truck.

The door hinges are missing the tang that holds the spring keeper in place. Do these weld on hinges exist or do I buy a new bolt on kit.?

For the door hinges check it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-XZg1UltB8

DO a Rumbler says, do the checks first, see if it's worth repairing.
If the numbers look good maybe it just needs new seals?
