    Anyone understand these markings

     



    Im wondering if anyone understands some markings i found on a crankshaft obviuosly a machinist made them they look like this

    R E S
    T 020
    M 030
    There located on a spot on one of the counter weights near #1cylinder

    probably rod throws .020 undersize, mains .030 under
    common way that crankshaft grinders mark the shafts
