Sounds like you are leaving something out.
Why did you pull the dizzy? Seems to me you should have just rotated it back into position.
Anyway, it 34_40 has a good suggestion, 180 out is the first thing I'd check..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
