Dip stick wants to shoot out.

So after finally working out the starting issue and installing a new carb (which i am still in the process of tuning) when i rev the engine the dip stick want to shoot out! How could this be? Crank case pressure to high?

Yep, you need a PCV valve hooked to a good vacuum source on the intake/carb base, or just a breather cap on one or both rocker covers. Sounds like you've got your engine bottled up tight.
