G'day every one i'am new to this forum, i have just purchased a chevy block
the casting number is 3849852 i have looked at many sites it seems to be a 283 it seems possible to change the crank and or pistons , conrods. What i need to know is the best combination
some people would suggest why not buy a bigger block the problem is people here want crazy prices for what is in abundance in the u.s.
Buying a block and transporting it a ridiculous.
