i built custom headers around 065 wall for smaller tube up to 1 5/8 up to 2 inch and 3/8 cold roll header flanges . all bigger tube 2 1/8 to 2 3/8 was much thinner around 18. sure it would not be hard to find someone to build some if he wants headers with a thicker wall
