I dont know what the flow numbers on the heads are. They should be more than you had before at your cams lift points with the old heads. Issue the intake manifold dosent flow more and is choking the air flow. Your next move should be a better flowing intake. A Torker II might be a good choice if the ports are not raised port heads. Should pick up about 30 CFM a runner. Educated Guess thats about 70 HP. Ty it with the small carb first. The exhaust side you need some headers.

there on the company webpage pro comp electric. but there is a new head and he as the new cnc chamber head. so the flow numbers may be way off ? who knows that why i flow them .as for it flowing better then a humper head yes it should but lower number they may not . i seen heads that did not start making any steam till much bigger lift numbers. were smaller heads did as good or better the procomp head s flow number at the low lift were is cam size . is not that hot most 180 heads i looked at flow better. most over 20 cfm something on the intake side . i but did not care to post the all the numbers up lazy on my day off .i would do headers first . bigger carb then a 600 . would be nice to know what intake he has now
