lifters out of adjustment? plug bad? wire, cap, carb with dual plane intake??? could be many things could be nothing. I figure your talking idle speed whats it like with a rev?

Ideals at 900 and its snappy / i took it up to the chasi dyno and it made 405 hp to the rear wheels at 5300 RMP and and like 450 LBTQ at 4700 to me this seems really low on the RMP scall i wanted a 7000 rmp motor, My first thought was the lifter but i ajusted them a second time this time hot with no change. Im just stumped.
