Well that kinda burst my bubble. I am glad to hear from someone who knows what their talking about. (unlike me) So I guess the only difference in the 305 and 350 is the bore and heads? In that case I will stick to the 350. Thanks for the info tech. While I am at it. Has anyone ever destroked a motor? Maybe using a 283 crank on a 350? If so what all did take to make it work? Different size bearings, rods ? If this is a stupid question don't answer it. I haven't had any experince swaping displacent or the lack there of so I am really just curious.
