I don't think I would be able to get a speeders tickit in that truck, it's geared very low and my grandfather said, it would only do about 70 saftly. I'd almost just have the block bored and then I'd build it up myself. The 383 sounds a little complicated when, a .30 overbore on a 350 would do nicley. I will probably be using my 267 Impala heads to gain compression cause the ones on the motor are 76cc and the Impala heads are 60cc. Getting a tickit for smoking all 4's in the parkin lot would be possible thoughOriginally posted by Streets
I'll build ya a 350/383 engine Matt, it'll run like a raped Ape, get ya lousy gas mileage and lotsa tickets.. All the BEST of the BEST parts. For a mere 15 G's+ you too could have the sweetest runnin' 4x4 pick-um-up truck in Prattsville. Send me a $3,000.00 deposit, your right arm, a quart of blood, and a blank check and I'll get muh guys right on it...
.
I will have the nicest 4x4 truck in my town cause, most of the old 4x4's are rustouts and, I will redo all the interior and, the only body panals in need of replacing are the rockers. What's a good engine combo for a truck with a 74' V8 350 that I want to pump out around 400 ft pnds of torq but I don't care about the Hp's.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
