It's just crazy stupid expensive to make the system I've got work with high performance.
I've read all rave reviews on offroading with a qjet.
My only scare is a few people have told me that you have to mess with them all the time. Clifford, the qjet master, says properly set up, you don't have to touch them for years.
does anyone know, is this the case with carbs? even if you go into the moutains or major altitude changes?
Honestly I don't want to come off sounding as a jerk with this comment. But my question to you is don't you think with major altitude changes learning the skill of tuning comes along with the territory no matter which you go with??.

Wanted to add this in for your consideration.I suggest with fuel injection and off roading, you don't have to be concerned with floats having a truck at many different angles.Be deductive I would think injectors would have it's advantages.Tuning wise, all you need is laptop.
