    start by looking at the crank case venting then look at the guids .you could take the heads off or pump air in the spark plug hole buy the tool to re seal it .i grab the retainers and move the valve in the guid if there s fair mount of move ment there the guids are on there way out. but umbrellas should help dry the up abit .if a cast piston and it,s crack it will smoke the hotter it get the more it,s going to smoke .if you have a big cam in it you could of smash the seal off the guids or beat the seals up by way over rev ing the engine
