Yes, I run the Comp Cams 280 duration / 480 lift cam in my 327 with no problems. Use the beehive springs by Comp and have no problems. The vortec heads flow as good as some aluminum racing heads at half the cost. I love em. My little 327 runs PB, AC and 17" vacuum. I use the adjustable vac adv on my HEI dizzy.
Long tube headers with dual Flowmasters. Magnaflows are nice but pricey and are only needed for show cars or big horsepower (straight thru design)
