Is it safe to assume its a 350 now?

If so what is the 1st mod i should buy? I missed out on a intake wiesser 8009 or sumthing like that on ebay other day.
It already has 4 barrel edelbrock 600 cfm carb

Thats onli mod far as iknow. Bolted to that is a 1inch filter. Should i get a proper 4" if it wil fit under hood?
