I looked up the code, and if it's a 327, it's a 1965 300 horse model that was hooked to a powerglide.

Should be 10.5 compression, with a mild hydraulic cam, and those heads are pretty good. They are large port like fuel injection heads, but with the slightly smaller valves....the biggest difference being the exhaust valve....but still good.
