    I've also read alot about Dart blocks.. Just wanted me make sure they're worth the pretty pennies you gotta give for them!

    You said production block, right? IF you can find one, the 010 blocks were desireable and the most common. There were more of those made than any other casting. There are others that will work also, but you have to do some research. I run a 4-bolt 010 now and I have a two 2-bolt 010's if I ever need to build another one. You have plenty of good advice already on the aftermarket stuff.
