    Headers

I have a question, right now I have full length headers on my 33 Ford but they hang to low and sometimes going over speed bumps they will hit.
I just got some mid length headers not the block huggers, what kind of change in HP or sound am I going to get with these new ones?
    Thanks

If the middies are tuned length then hp change will probably be negligable--maeybe a 5-hp difference, even if they aren't tuned length I doubt there would be much of a difference, unless you need every bit of HP. Sound maybe a bit mellower but going with a different muffler could remedy that
