on a chevy sbc it is a fully grooved cam housing bore so you can put clock it any place i put them in at 4 to 5 clock i put it in. at 12 you do not want the number two hole the cam will load down and more oil will pee out at 12 o clock

i off set all of them from the main oiling hole at 4 to5 on the front one with the two holes i do not worry about the other hole just put it so it not at 12 at . if you want if you line it up on the main oiling hole the other hole will be at the fuel pump side i like the oil holes off set so the oil will ramp up under the bottom of the cam with the oil hole in the stock place it sill works but i just move all them this way on hp use or just line all them up thru the main oil holes from stock use and the other hole will be at 9 and one at 6
