No, too much fluid would not cause that problem. My guess is that you do not have the timng set correctly on the engine, therefore it is not producing the torque it used to at low rpm. Is your vacuum advance hooked up and working properly? Did you change cams?Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.
