Yes it will . And you can use the 153 or the 168 tooth internal balanced flexplates . Check how many teeth are on your flywheel now . I would say most likely it's a 153 tooth . If so buy a flex plate with the 153 tooth . This way you may be able to use the starter you have now . Also you will need a trans cooler and two 5/16 x 72" lines Cut to fit . Most of the time if the 4 Speed has the small yoke on the drive shaft . The drive shaft bolts right up to the TH350 without having to make or cut one .
