My wife fell in love w/the 63 post Belair I was going to BB. We made a trade on vehicles (she want's a new toy).Probobly for the best, the car will at least be kept relatively stock. What I've got: Very sound & clean #'s matching, 283 w/Performer intake,600 performer carb,fenderwell headers, 350Turbo w/308 gear. Stock cam & heads (power packs?).
Going to a roller 227/241 Dur 511 lift, one piece driveshaft & 355 or 373 rear.
What heads would flow better? What size chamber?1.94 intakes? NO VORTEC HEADS.
Was going to go with a set of 202's but was told to much flow. Never built a 283 was a 350 freak in the 70's.
