Well thanks for all your help. I came to the conculsion that the motor is froz-up. When I dranned the oil about 2 qts of water came out, I still wanted to hear it turn over so I threw a battery in and jumped the starter (no dice) flywheel was bent, it didnt even make contact. So I took a large 1/2 dr. socket to the crank and could even get it to turn. So I'am going to yank-it. I will be back with questions on what to put in there. I will clean the engine up and take some pics for proper ID of all parts. Thanks again
