    need help

I've gotten less family support than I thought with this motor so now I'm stuck with this 408 sbc who wants to adopt me and help me get this finished lol.
I keep getting bad flywheels from online stores. the latest one is 0.60/6000th off is this to far off to balance my rotating assembly or not. Also the Scat Crank I have, wasent balanced/Unfinished at the Scat factory does any body know of a machine shop in Detroit Michigan area who can finish it or would it be cheaper to get a new one even though it's new. The guys at the machine shop keep saying the crank needs heavy metal. But the guy at Scat says they need to take weight out of the crank itself? I know this is kind of like scattered info but whoever can help me I can better break this scenerio down for them Thanks.
