    Full Roller Rocker Adjustment

When using full rollers, that have the outside nut AND the inside allen head, which is used to lock the assembly down and which is used to set the lash. Thanks. Don't you take the outside down to get the lash and then lock the allen down with an 1/8th extra turn and then tighten them both together.?

those kinds of rockers (rollers) can be used with a hydralic cam and pushrods without a problem too, right? No mods or anything?
