Seems OK. Behind the front cam bearing is a groove all the way round, so oil will come through the oil holes no matter where they are. The reason why there are two holes in the front bearing is because of the higher load on that bearing due to the pulling of the timing chain. That's also why they are not opposing each other but both slightly below the middle of the cam shaft - so the oil presses the cam UP when the chain pulls it DOWN. Equals out nicely.
