My buddy has a set of old camel hump heads on his monte (86) with 2 05, 1.6's in it. Im not so sure what your asking but yes it will breathe fine in my opinion. If your worried about something like that then dont be, or get them ported and polished so they will flow a little better. I think the stall is fine for what your gonna run, around here we will even run 3600 stalls, it seems to work out great. It depends on where you think your gonna make your power, since your going with a dual plane intake im guessing your aiming at torque? Well your monte actually isnt a "light car". I think thats a good idea based on the weight of it. In my opinion you could even go with more gear, people always tell me no way but i run 4. 56's and drive mine to the track at 60, 28.1 inch tire, and run about 3200 there. What kind of solid cam? I run lunati and have had no problems really with these cams. Well good luck.
