    need help pickin out heads

Hey guys, Im looking at getting a new set of heads and would like a second opinon. Heres my setup

    SBC 383 9.017 Deck hight
    flat top 5cc valve releifs
    Scat rods(5.7) and crank
    Holley 4779 750 2X pumper
    Edelbrock Performer RPM air gap
    Edlelbrock Performer RPM CAM (234/244 @ 0.05, 0.488/0.510 112 lobe sep, 110 int CL)
    MSD 6AL
    HEI Dist

Im looking to run on 91 octain cause thats all I can get unless I drive an hour away. My headers are for regular port not D, Unless you can use reg headers on D port. I dont want to buy new headers.
Im looking at the Dart Pro 1 200cc, there in my price range ~1200.00 I would love the new AFR Elim's but dont have the $ for that. Plus I think there D-port. Also the Trick Flow 195 look nice but again there D-Port. Its all in a 68 camaro with a TH400 and 4.10's soon to be 3.55's. Any help would be great thanks guys.
    383 , Time for heads

....I have a similar set-up to yours except that it's a 400 small block. I have the AFR 195 street heads {I think there around $1400???}..... They work good, the motor put out 460 HP & 499 TQ.... Although I was just reading about the Eliminator heads the other day. What do they cost??? Bill

A good cast iron head would be a ported 180 cc Dart head.

If you are looking for big power the AFR Eliminators would be the way to go. Although it looks like you aren't using a very big cam so other heads might fit your build better.
