If you want to do it right, have the assembly balanced. I would never build an engine that did not have a balanced rotating assembly.

I just did my first engine and it was balanced .....OOOHH what difference from the factory vibrations in the motor all I can say is smooth as silk.Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)
