A pair of the L92 heads with decent valves and springs, a lumpy cam and the L76 intake (shhh I'm an injection fan) sounds fairly economical and strong. Although probably more in it's element in the 402, an LS1 camaro is dirt cheap. I just need a '98 - '01 4th gen to get started. ---Rich
