    Carb size?

Ok, so im building an engine soon hopefully. Either a 350 or 383.
    A 383 if I can find a used 383 crank (Budget is tight) or a 350 if I cant.

Now, say the build says it should be making around 400/400, maybe more torque butnot more then 450, what size carb do I need?

Ive got 3 holley 650s lying around, 2 vac secondaries, 1 manual. They arent Dps, will one of them rebuilt be enough, or do I need something bigger?

Also, anyone know where the Part number is on holleys? Cant find it, dont know if they are all just THAT dirty, or if im looking in the wrong placed.

    Thanks

Carb size is CID X MAX. RPM DIVIDE BY 3456.
This should put you in the ball park or you can multiply your final number times 80% VE.

Thanks guys, so CID x max rpm / 3456, that would be the Max cfm the engine is going to need at that max rpm I assume?
