i have decided to go with the zz465 build. 465hp and 440tq, ive decided to use the gm cam 12370847-234/242 539/558 with the 1.6 roller rockers. im now stuck on the springs, dont know if the behive springs will work on the fast burn heads.i would of loved to do the zz430 but you always want more. not only that but i want to see the ricers in my rear view mirror. i will use the air gap rpm intake.with the six speed behind the 465hp i should be at 430hp at wheels with the 373 gear.march is around the corner and i hope to have this thing up and running then. hopefully ill keep my finger crossed hope i dont bent a rod push rod not a crank rod lol. ive never assembled an engine with high lift.

    . . . and it only took a month and 111 posts . . .

Check the valve to piston clearance. Ask Skoggin Dickey which springs to use.

Nothing is ever over with this thread.
A "fast burn" thread suggests that it will soon burn out, but it just glows on and on.
