    they may fit better than many sets .just the way there made you may have more room with them .i made a set for may 50 chevy 2 1/8 and step them to 2 3/8 . when done i drove it to get a EX this was before i did EX work. it was loud loud LOUD MY EARS ARE STILL RINGING. the car headers has the same frame as yours it has a sub clip still have them on the car . they work i did pick up a couple of tenths at the track when i had the small engine in it
