small block chevy
i have a 350 4 bolt main block flat-tops pistons,trw floating rods the pistons and the rods might have 5000 miles on them i did a new rebuild on the motor but was thinking of making a 383 can i still use my piston and rods and just by the crank and fly wheel and blancer and will i have to do some machine work to the block or piston or rods and the block is bored 60 overmeat1037

You will need a different flexplate and a different balancer.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
