edlebrocks thunder dual quad 500 cfm on my 283!!
ok ok i know what you guys are going to say..too much carb, but listen up and advise. running a 270 comp cam 1.6 roller tip rockers, edl 600 hi rise ,hei,th 350 with shift kit,355 posi,15" mickey thompson redlines.65 impala ss...this edlebrock dual quad setup uses progressive linkage and uses the new flow through runners also electric choke. my arguement is this.. in 1957 you could get a dual quads with a duntov cam and dual exhaust and it was rated at 270 hp i believe.anyhow i don't race it just drive to shows and get on it once and a while.if nothing else it will look good as it has the new enduro finish.
