350 heads on a 400 block

You need to use 400 gaskets and 400 or drilled 350 heads, 350 gaskets and/or non drilled 350 heads will lead to overheating and is what gave 400's the bad reputation, the 400 is the SBC torque monster, when built with the right parts it will live long, cool and happy.Objects in the mirror are losing

thanks man I found one head drilled and the other wasnt so I drilled the other head and it came out perfect
on small cars yes. but fat fender cars are pretty much the same in size and weight as the donor car. i found s10 brakes work great on fat fender and pickups. a deuce will just need manual brakes...
Time for brakes
