Yep, just make sure the lifter is on the heel of the cam lobe. Turn the bolt in the center of the harmonic damper with a bar and socket until the valve is at full lift, then turn the damper one full turn (360 degrees). That will put the lifter on the heel of the lobe. Start at #1 cylinder (closest to radiator, driver's side). After you have done #1 intake, turn the damper 1/4 turn (90 degrees) (clockwise looking at the motor from the front of the car) and adjust #8 (passenger side next to firewall) intake, then another 1/4 turn and adjust #4 (passenger side, second from front) intake, then another 1/4 turn and adjust #3 (driver's side, second from front) intake and so on through the firing order 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-8. Then go back and find full lift on #1 exhaust, one full turn, adjust it, then 1/4 turn and adjust #8, and so on and so on.Last edited by techinspector1; 09-30-2006 at 03:48 PM.
