About how much will it cost to get my 441 heads shaved 5 thousandths and my valves seated?

the heads aren't warped they just need re-surfaced, but I did have another look at them today and i've decided .010" would be best because of a few extremely tiny pits. I talked to a guy who said he would do the valve work for 88 and the resurface for 28.
