A sbc 350 with my weiand supercharger no matter what gasket or what i do eventually the t stat gets loose in the housing letting watter leak past i change the gasket and it holds tight for about 1 week .

It doesnt leak on the outside but past the t stat itself kinda like not having one at all a free flow system it sucks and i cant seem to fix it .

I can only use 1 type of t stat housing a chrome one are there any t stats out there i can use with say a rubber gasket around it or something

I can pull the upper hose off and stick my finger down the neck of the housing and wiggle the stat around and i cant tighten up the housing anymore ort i snap a bolt off in the manifold .
